Please fill out the warranty card on your new LibertyBOSS and then email it back to info@marsbiomed.com or fax it to 905-723-9610. We will then send you a pre-paid UPS label and a certificate of compliance. Print out the UPS label, affix it to the box that contains the old LibertyBOSS and then simply call UPS to come to pick up the old LibertyBOSS.
