We will then send you a pre-paid FedEx label and a certificate of compliance. Print out the FedEx label, affix it to the box that contains the old LibertyBOSS and then simply call FedEx to come to pick up the old LibertyBOSS.
The LibertyBOSS is maintenance free. We do ask you to periodically check the hose connections to ensure they are tightly sealed.
If you have 1-3 operatories, the LibertyBOSS will last up to 3 years. With 4-9 operatories, a 2 year life span is expected and with 10-16 operatories, up to 1 year.

Under no circumstances should the unit be opened by untrained/unauthorized personnel. You may risk exposure to bio-hazardous material. Opening the LibertyBOSS will also void all warranties.

We recommend daily cleaning with PowerLINZ line cleaner. Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions that is clearly listed on the bottle.
Servicing an existing LibertyBOSS system should only take 10-15 minutes. Replacing another type of separator with a LibertyBOSS can take up to 1 hour depending on the individual circumstances.
